Australian journalist and photographer, born in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. The Black Box Visual Arts Studio Art Director, professional journalist and photographer, 5th International Karl Bulla photography competition laureate.

The 5th International KARL BULLA PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION "VISIBLE FEATURES OF THE ERA” laureate admits: “I was born in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, where I have been working as a journalist for more than 10 years. Then life went upside down - I moved to Western Australia and found new home in Perth. Photography has always been something I liked and admire. I believe that every person, his or her body language, gestures, facial expressions etc. are full of stories which are waiting to be revealed. Photography is a way to hear these stories. I learned to catch and keep them in an art of still image form

TINA VASSILIEV-KERN Creative Director

Moscow-born Australian journalist and radio personality. Tina Vassiliev-Kern has been working with the SBS Corporation for many years hosting the interviews with internationally acclaimed classical musicians and artists, leading scientists as well as political and community figures. Some notable interviews include Alexander Lazarev, Boris Belkin, Prince Michael Romanoff, Tania Verstak, Ignat Solzhenitsyn, Lev Dodin, Yefim Bronfman, Nikolai Demidenko, Sasha Rozdestvensky, Kirill Gershtein, Evgeniy Grishkovetz.Tina is effectively contribute to a number of Australian and Russian magazines (e g “Popular Mechanics”, “Australian Mosaic”, “Inostrannaya Literatura”). Laureate of the Antipodes inaugural Australian Festival of Russian literature for her literary translation of the Kenneth Cook's short stories book. Valentina (Tina) comes from an artistic von Kern family (wiki/Hermann Kern), and always been interested in arts, music and literature, and in 2010 became a co-founder and Creative Director of Cappuccino Concerts Australia to promote and develop the new classical music concept. From 2016 is also a 32DM Creative Director.
